If you are in any way not satisfied with your purchase from OLAPLEX.COM, you may return it back to us within 60 days from the date of purchase. We will refund you the cost of goods minus any shipping charges.

Returns are usually processed within 30 days and you can expect your refund within 5-7 days after your return is accepted and processed. We recommend you keep a postage receipt with your tracking number for your records as we are only responsible for your parcel once it has been received at our warehouse.
